Programming Your Totalizer for Wagner Flow Meters

Every turbine meter has a specific K-factor (pulses per gallon). Here are the K-factors for our standard meter sizes:

Meter Size Pulses/Gallon Flow Range (GPM)
3/8" 2,850 0.3 - 3
1/2" 1,140 0.75 - 7.5
3/4" 380 2 - 15
7/8" 170 3 - 30
1" 85 5 - 50
1-1/2" 55 15 - 180
2" 34 40 - 400
3" 16.5 60 - 600
4" 5 100 - 1200

When you order a totalizer with a meter, we can pre-program the K-factor so it's ready to install out of the box.
