Programming Your Totalizer for Wagner Flow Meters
Every turbine meter has a specific K-factor (pulses per gallon). Here are the K-factors for our standard meter sizes:
| Meter Size | Pulses/Gallon | Flow Range (GPM) |
|---|---|---|
| 3/8" | 2,850 | 0.3 - 3 |
| 1/2" | 1,140 | 0.75 - 7.5 |
| 3/4" | 380 | 2 - 15 |
| 7/8" | 170 | 3 - 30 |
| 1" | 85 | 5 - 50 |
| 1-1/2" | 55 | 15 - 180 |
| 2" | 34 | 40 - 400 |
| 3" | 16.5 | 60 - 600 |
| 4" | 5 | 100 - 1200 |
When you order a totalizer with a meter, we can pre-program the K-factor so it's ready to install out of the box.
