Wagner Flow Inc ("Wagner Flow," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and delivery information.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship to the continental United States (48 states) only.

We do NOT ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)
  • P.O. Boxes (for certain oversized items)
  • International addresses

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
  • Order cutoff: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST typically ship the same or next business day (subject to availability)
  • Custom/special orders: May require additional processing time (noted at checkout)

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Shipping options and transit times are displayed at checkout based on your location and order details.

Estimated Transit Times (after shipment)

Ground 3-7 business days
Expedited 2-3 business days
Overnight/Express 1-2 business days

Note: Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Destination address
  • Selected shipping method

The shipping cost displayed at checkout is the final shipping charge for your order.

Large or Heavy Items

Some items (large meters, bulk orders) may require freight shipping. Freight quotes are provided during checkout or via email for quote-based orders.

5. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships:

  1. You'll receive an email with your tracking number
  2. Click the tracking link or visit the carrier's website
  3. Track your package in real-time

Tracking not updating? Carriers may take 24-48 hours to update tracking information after pickup.

6. Delivery

Delivery Attempts

Carriers typically make 2-3 delivery attempts before returning the package.

Signature Requirements

  • Orders over $500 may require a signature
  • You can request signature confirmation for any order

Delivery Issues

If your package shows "delivered" but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look in safe spots (porch, garage, back door)
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  4. Contact us if unresolved after 48 hours

7. Shipping Damage

Inspect all packages upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged:

Visible Damage (damaged box)

  1. Note damage with the carrier at time of delivery if possible
  2. Take photos of the packaging and product
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at support@wagnerflow.com

Concealed Damage (box looks fine, contents damaged)

  1. Take photos of the packaging and damaged product
  2. Keep all packaging materials (box, packing, inserts)
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at support@wagnerflow.com

We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including:

  • Apartment/suite/unit numbers
  • Company names (for business addresses)
  • Correct ZIP code

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address correction fees charged by carriers may be passed to the customer.

Address Changes

Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address:

  • Before shipment: We can update the address at no charge
  • After shipment: Additional fees may apply for carrier redirect services

9. Split Shipments

Large orders or orders with items in different warehouse locations may ship in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. There is no additional charge for split shipments.

10. Backorders & Out of Stock Items

If an item is temporarily out of stock:

  1. We will notify you via email
  2. You can choose to:
    • Wait for the item (estimated restock date provided)
    • Cancel that item for a refund
    • Substitute with a comparable item (if available)

In-stock items in your order may ship separately to avoid delays.

11. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During peak seasons (holidays, year-end), please allow additional time for processing and delivery. We recommend:

  • Order early to ensure timely delivery
  • Consider expedited shipping for time-sensitive orders
  • Monitor tracking for updates
